Team Biography

Spitfires have been going with a bunch of boys from the starts group lead by Paul Allen for their 1st season. Overtime new faces have come and this team has grown and grown, very rarely away from the top 2 divisions and always looking to improve. We are a great group on and off the pitch and with a big season ahead we are looking forward to where spitfires fly.

 

Spitfires manager, Paul has been at Southbrook Y.F.C for many years, he has great football knowledge and it shows to how the Spitfires play their football, he took spitfires on at u7. Paul has had spells at other Southbrook Y.F.C teams and will always find him around cheering on all the Southbrook Y.F.C teams.

 

Paul has built up a fantastic little team and will take this team to the limits.

Mental Health Support Officer

As of the 2023/24 season, the committee have introduced a Mental Health Support Team, with each club having their own Support Officer to be the port of call for anyone suffering with mental health. 

The volunteer for Spitfires is Abbey Cooper.
