Team Biography

Southbrook Y.F.C Tornadoes are going into there 3rd year for the 2023/24 season, half of the team are graduates from the legendary Southbrook Y.F.C Stars Academy, keeping 5 originals within the core of the team, then overtime some new faces have come and improved the squad massively, also changing from an all boys squad, into a mixed.

 

Both Managers Jason and Assistant Manager Dan have been part of the football club since it started back in 2021, then a year later, along came Coach Chris with all of his enthusiasm. Tornadoes are a well established EDMSL White 2(Div 4) team, maintaining a full year in this division during the 2022/23 season.

 

All of the team from top down to the bottom are looking forward to the step up from 5, to 7 Aside football and are hoping for big things from this talented bunch of players in the upcoming season.

Mental Health Support Officer

As of the 2023/24 season, the committee have introduced a Mental Health Support Team, with each club having their own Support Officer to be the port of call for anyone suffering with mental health. 

The volunteer for Tornadoes is Dan Ridout.
